Stephanie Schwartzkopf — The Marketing Assistant
Stephanie Schwartzkopf, the marketing assistant, became deaf at 18 months old and grew up in the beautiful State of Colorado. Her passion for creativity led her to earn an Associate Degree in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2012, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2016.
Now living in Madison, Wisconsin with her three beautiful dogs, Stephanie blends her skills in communication, customer relations, marketing, and design to bring a thoughtful and artistic perspective to every project she takes on. She loves exploring new opportunities to connect creativity with strategy-whether through data analysis, scheduling, business management, or visual storytelling. Stephanie is excited to bring her diverse background and passion for design to Dragonfly Jewelry Studio, helping share its unique jewelry collections and inspiring story with the world and deaf community.
Shayna Manion — Human Resources Consultant
Shayna Manion brings a unique perspective, strong people skills, and a passion for helping others grow. Born deaf and raised in the heart of Illinois—a state known for its rich farmland, vibrant communities, and the iconic city of Chicago—Shayna learned early on the value of perseverance, adaptability, and meaningful communication.
After moving to the East Coast, Shayna quickly fell in love with its charm, culture, and sense of community. It was there that she met her husband, and together they have built a beautiful life while raising their two wonderful children. Today, Shayna proudly calls Delaware, the First State, home.
Throughout her professional career, Shayna has gained valuable experience working with people, fostering positive workplace relationships, and supporting organizational growth. As a Human Resources Consultant, she is passionate about creating opportunities, building strong teams, and helping individuals reach their full potential.
Shayna is excited to bring her knowledge, skills, and professional experience to Dragonfly Jewelry Studio. She looks forward to collaborating with the team, supporting employment opportunities, and helping the business continue to bloom and thrive.
