  • Pricing & Payment

    After your appointment, we will provide a detailed estimate for your repair.

    A 50% deposit is required before any repair work begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion, before pickup or shipping.

    We ensure full transparency so you know exactly what to expect before we start.

  • One-Year Repair Warranty

    We stand behind our work.

    All repair services include a one-year warranty. If any repair completed by Dragonfly Jewelry Studio does not meet your expectations, we will fix it at no cost.

    This warranty covers:

    • Issues related to the repair work performed
    • Craftsmanship-related concerns

  • Normal Wear & Care

    Jewelry naturally experiences wear over time, especially with daily use. Regular maintenance helps prevent bigger issues like stone loss or structural damage.

    We recommend periodic check-ups to keep your jewelry secure and in excellent condition.
