  • Custom Design Payment Policy

    A $500 non-refundable CAD design deposit is required before we begin creating your custom design. This deposit covers the time and expertise invested in designing your project and will be applied toward your total purchase price.

    Once your custom piece is completed and ready for pickup, a 50% payment is required.

    The remaining balance may be paid in full at pickup or through a 3- or 6-month payment plan.

    All payment plans require a signed agreement to ensure completion of payment within the selected timeframe.
