How Our Pieces Take Shape
Watch how your jewelry piece comes to life—step by step.
Every piece begins as an idea—sketched, imagined, then carefully built in a digital space.
Using CAD (computer-aided design), we create precise forms that are then brought to life through 3D printing in a specialized resin.
From there, the process shifts from digital to physical.
The printed form is attached to a sprue and placed into a flask, where it is surrounded by a fine investment material. Once set, the entire mold is placed into a kiln and heated overnight. During this time, the resin burns away, leaving behind a perfect cavity—an empty space where the design once was.
By morning, the mold is ready.
Molten metal is then poured into this space, filling every detail left behind by the original form. As it cools and solidifies, it transforms—taking on a new life in metal.
What began as a digital concept becomes something tangible and lasting.
Each piece is then cleaned, refined, and finished by hand. Subtle marks of the process may remain, a reminder of the journey from idea to object.
Where Design Comes to Life
This is where technology and craftsmanship meet—where precision meets transformation, and where raw material becomes something meant to be worn and kept.
FAQs
What is the difference between Silver, 14K & 18K (White & Yellow Gold), and Platinum?
Each metal looks beautiful, but they perform very differently over time—especially when holding stones in place.
Silver
A bright, affordable metal—but much softer than gold or platinum. Over time, it can bend, wear down, and loosen its grip on stones, which may lead to stones falling out with daily wear. Best for lighter, fashion pieces rather than long-term fine jewelry.
14K Gold (White & Yellow)
A strong, durable option made for everyday wear. It holds stones securely much better than silver and resists bending over time.
- Yellow gold has a classic warm tone.
- White gold has a clean, bright finish (often coated for extra shine).
18K Gold (White & Yellow)
Richer in gold content, giving it a deeper color and more luxurious feel. Slightly softer than 14K, but still reliable for holding stones if worn with care.
- Yellow gold appears more vibrant.
- White gold has a softer, warmer white tone.
Platinum
One of the strongest and most secure metals for stone setting. It doesn’t wear away like other metals—instead, it slowly displaces, helping keep stones tight over time. Heavier, more durable, and ideal for long-term, everyday pieces.
So, which is best for stones?
- For maximum stone security → Platinum
- For strong everyday wear → 14K gold
- For luxury with good durability → 18K gold
- For fashion use (not heavy daily wear) → Silver
Is silver good for everyday jewelry?
Not ideal for daily wear with stones. Silver is softer and can wear down over time, which may loosen settings and cause stones to fall out. It’s better for occasional or fashion pieces.
What metal is best for sensitive skin?
Platinum is the best option for sensitive skin. Higher gold content (like 18K) is also a good choice.
Can I shower or sleep with my jewelry on?
It’s not recommended. Daily exposure and pressure can wear down metal over time and loosen stones.
