You notice signs of wear or breakage like chain break, clasps worn out, and prongs starting to wear out and might affect your diamonds or gemstones fall out. It happens when you wear it daily, but it’s okay. Katie is here and has everything in her shop that can help you.

Guarantees one year warranty on all repairs; if any of Dragonfly Jewelry Studio’s work does not meet your expectations, they will repair it for free. 

Repair Jewelry One-year Warranty 

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear
  • Broken, bent, worn prongs
  • Broken chains, bracelet links, or clasps
  • Broken earring posts or backs
  • Chipped, cracked, broken diamonds and gemstones
  • Cracked or broken shanks
  • Defective stone settings
  • Dented, distorted jewelry

Fine print: Maintenance, repair, sizing and other service performed by someone other than Dragonfly Jewelry Studio will void this warranty. This warranty does not include diamonds larger than 1.49ct each. To protect yourself from the potential loss or damage to larger diamonds or the loss or theft or damage of your jewelry items, we recommended jewelry insurance. Katie Rose will give you all information of Jewelers Mutual Insurance.

Make an appointment with us here, and we will contact you back to set up the appointment via phone or email as you prefer. 

Pricing

After you finished the appointment with us, we will send you the estimate for repair or custom design. The DJS policy requires half deposit for Repair Tickets and Special Orders before begin the work. As for Custom Designs, you must pay in full deposit.

Your mail will be covered because of the Jewelers Mutual Insurance.

If you’re close-by, we can formally meet in person. Due to the CDC guidelines, we of course will follow that policy.

 Return Policy

You are allowed to return most items that you are unsatisfied with to Dragonfly Jewelry Studio without any questions asked. However, any merchandise has to be undamaged and in a new and unused condition. If your jewelry shows obvious signs of wear and tear or is been altered or engraved in any way it will be rejected. Any alterations made on a piece of jewelry by a jeweler other than Dragonfly Jewelry Studio will also not be accepted.

However, any special orders placed with Dragonfly Jewelry Studio cannot be returned. These are orders that are custom-made for a particular purpose or which are not listed on the website. This is because the point of the return policy is to allow jewelry to be resold to a new customer so long as the jewelry is in good condition. Custom pieces cannot be listed on the site and thus cannot be returned. 

Conditions and exclusions

ANY warranty does not cover a complete forfeiture, disappearance, or theft that Dragonfly Jewelry Studio can offer. That is why we recommend a policy written by Jewelers Mutual Insurance because they cover these types of loss.

Diamond is the hardest natural substance, it is breakable. Therefore if diamond chips or breaks during normal wear, it is not covered under our manufacturer.  A policy from Jeweler Mutual will cover this type of accident. 

Dragonfly Jewelry Studio will not cover any diamond or gemstone purchased elsewhere and set into our jewelry in our shop. There are no warranties expressed or implied, written or oral, other than set forth herein. Unless, you’ll have to sign the waiver of the liability if Jewelers Mutual does not cover it.

I really want that ring but I don’t think a finger size will fit my finger?
We can resize it as you prefer. If you buy it then you’ll get a free sizing.

Where can I put my finger size down?
You’ll see the pop up screen as soon as you click on the purchase button.

How long is the resizing process?
Two weeks guarantee. After December 1st, it will be a month or longer but it’ll be back to normal after January 31st.

Can you remove stones from old jewelry and melt gold then re-design?
No, we can’t melt your old jewelry metal but we can remove stones and set into a new design. Nevertheless, thus more prone to porosity and cracking, and losing stones while wearing it so we highly recommend “fresh” metal.

How long is the process for special order?
We will have to order parts and assemble which it takes up to two weeks! Around Holidays, it may take a month or longer.

Can I trade my jewelry into buying a new jewelry?
Yes! Please contact for further information!

Can you appraise my jewelry?
Absolutely yes!

How can I mail my jewelry to you but I’m scared?
The PO box is well secure and inside the building within the insurance included.

How long is the shipping?
Up to 1-3 days!

What if I don’t want to mail it but how can I see you and drop it off?
Please contact us and we will talk from there.

I think my phone won’t allow me purchase, please help?
This website only allows Shop, Apple Pay, Paypal, and all credit cards accepted. Please contact us here if need more help!

How about the Repair service, how can we pay?
You’ll pay through Venmo or Paypal. Also, just a friendly reminder, the policy stated you must pay half deposit for the repair service. Click here for more information!
